In the cellar, Fazi Battaglia wines mature in salvonian and French oak barrels before bottling. Among the grape varieties cultivated for their wines are Montepulciano, Verdicchio, and Sangiovese. Fazi Battaglia produces and sells approximately three million bottles of wine annually.
