Château Galoupet

Château Galoupet lies in the heart of Provence – between the Massif des Maures and the golden Îles d'Or. For over 300 years, since the time of Louis XIV, rosé wines have been produced here that demonstrate the true potential of this terroir.

As one of the first Crus Classés of the Côtes de Provence, Galoupet stands for rosé with real depth: complex, mineral, with a long finish – not a summer escape, but a wine that will accompany you even in winter. Certified organic, with 5 million bees on the estate and a clear commitment to nature.

Château Galoupet –
Provençal rosé with depth

Château Galoupet lies in the southeast of Provence, nestled between the wooded Massif des Maures and the Îles d'Or. Wines have been produced here since the time of Louis XIV – a continuity that can be tasted in the bottles. As one of the few Crus Classés of the Côtes de Provence , the estate holds a status granted in 1955 that has hardly been extended since.

What sets Galoupet apart from many Provence rosés is its seriousness in the cellar. The wines are minerally pronounced, show structure, and have a long finish – not a light summer rosé, but a wine that also pairs well with an autumn evening of roasted fish or aged goat cheese. The estate is certified organic, cultivates its vineyards without synthetic pesticides, and keeps around five million bees on the property – a testament to the fact that biodiversity here is not just a marketing buzzword.

Those who previously knew rosé as an uncomplicated summer drink will find a different perspective at Galoupet: depth, origin and a terroir that is clearly articulated in the glass.
