Zardetto Prosecco Spumante DOC Brut

Zardetto Prosecco Spumante DOC Brut
A classic Prosecco from the DOC zone between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Zardetto uses only Glera grapes , which give the sparkling wine its characteristic freshness and typical northern Italian aroma profile.
In the glass, it displays a fine, persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of acacia blossom, ripe apricot, and green apple. On the palate, it is light and lively, with crisp acidity and a dry finish— Brut here means less than 12 g/l residual sugar, making the wine significantly drier than many palatable Prosecco varieties found in supermarkets.
A sure bet as an aperitif before a meal. It pairs particularly well with antipasti, prawns, scallops, or light pasta with seafood and fresh herbs. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
