Pinot Blanc

A Pinot Blanc in a cool, precise style – with clear stone fruit, fine herbal spice and a lively acidity that keeps the palate awake.

The Kranz winery in the Palatinate region has been cultivating grapes for generations on the region's calcareous and sandy soils. Pinot Blanc is one of their classic strengths – vinified for freshness and drinkability, without heavy oak aromas.

In the glass, it displays aromas of light stone fruit – pear and apple – with delicate floral and herbal notes in the background. There's also a hint of nuttiness and mineral freshness. On the palate, it's juicy and lean, with present but never harsh acidity, and a lingering finish with a slight bite. Not an opulent style – rather clear, cool, and precise.

Serving suggestion: Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, pan-fried pike-perch, or a light poultry salad. Serving temperature 10–12 °C. Drink now until 2026.
