Schloss Reinhartshausen Erbacher Riesling dry
A classic Rheingau Riesling with the typical combination of body and freshness — vinified dry, yet never edgy.
Schloss Reinhartshausen is located in Erbach in the Rheingau, directly on the Rhine. The winery, with its sites around the Erbacher Marcobrunn, is one of the historic addresses of the region. The vines stand on deep loess-loam soils with pebble inclusions — this gives the Riesling substance without burying the acidity.
In the glass, the wine shows aromas of yellow apple, some citrus zest, and a hint of white peach. The body is comparatively full-bodied for a dry Rheingau Riesling, the acidity integrated and not sharp. The finish is medium-long, fresh-mineral with a light spice.
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
Pairs with fried zander with herb butter, light poultry in cream sauce, or a classic Wiener Schnitzel.

Schloss Reinhartshausen – more than 680 years of Rheingau wine culture. The core estate dates back to the ancestral seat of the Knights of Erbach. With around 80 hectares, it is the largest privately managed winery in the region, with vineyards such as Marcobrunn, Nussbrunnen, Wisselbrunnen, and the monopoly vineyard Erbacher Schlossberg.
