This Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen Spätlese, harvested at 92° Oe and spontaneously fermented, leaves nothing to be desired! It presents a true diversity of aromas, ranging from peach and citrus fruits to exotic notes. The residual sweetness, well-balanced with acidity and minerality, gives the wine additional length and a lingering finish. A Spätlese with a promising future.
