Sauvignon Blanc Black Label Marlborough 0.75L

Sauvignon Blanc Black Label Marlborough 0.75L
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in its purest form: fresh, aromatic, and straightforward. Babich is one of New Zealand's oldest family wineries, founded in 1916 by Josip Babich, a Croatian immigrant, and now run by the third generation. The grapes for the Black Label come from Marlborough, the heart of New Zealand's white wine region on the South Island, where cool nights and abundant sunshine ensure pronounced aromatics.
In the glass, it displays a pale yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, the wine opens with gooseberry, passion fruit, and a hint of nutmeg—the typical Marlborough profile, oscillating between tropical fruits and herbal freshness. On the palate, it is dry and lively, with a crisp acidity that keeps the wine lean and crisp.
Best served well chilled at 8–10 °C . Pairs well with goat cheese, ceviche, grilled sea bass, or a simple salad with vinaigrette. Also a reliable choice as an aperitif on warm evenings.
