Risotto pomodoro e basilico

This sun-dried tomato and basil risotto brings the flavors of an Italian summer straight to your pan. The mix already contains granulated broth, which provides a flavorful base for the rice as it cooks – some clumping in the packet is normal and not a sign of quality.

The flavor is dominated by the sweet and sour depth of the sun-dried tomato and the fresh herbal aroma of the basil. The consistency becomes creamy during cooking without feeling heavy. Tip: Finished with freshly grated Pecorino Romano and a drizzle of good olive oil, it works well as a main course. Served as a side dish, it's perfect with grilled fish or poultry.
