Risotto with tomato, capers and olives

A risotto blend from the La Balocchina manufactory that already incorporates tomatoes, capers, and black olives — no assembling ingredients, no seasoning by guesswork. The result is a complete dish that is created on the stove in a few minutes.

The taste is dominated by ripe tomato, the salty aroma of the capers, and a slightly bitter finish from the olives. The included granulated broth absorbs moisture — clumps are normal, simply loosen before cooking.

Pairs well with a simple tomato salad, fried sea bass, or grilled chicken. A dry Vermentino di Sardegna or a light Rosé from Tuscany is recommended as a wine accompaniment.
