Risotto with lemon and rosemary

A risotto seasoning from Italy that focuses on lemon and rosemary. La Balocchina combines Mediterranean clarity of flavor with practical kitchen logic: the mixture already contains granulated broth, so the seasoning and acidity are perfectly balanced.

On the nose, a fresh citrus note supported by resinous, tart rosemary. Small clumps are normal – the broth absorbs moisture, which is not a quality defect.

Prepared in the classic way, this risotto goes well with sea bass, shrimp, or grilled scallops. It also pairs with lemon veal or a light chicken dish. Wine pairing: dry Vermentino or Soave Classico.
