The Chardonnay from the Puligny-Montrachet appellation shows what distinguishes this site: a taut, lively acidity structure that carries the wine without dominating it. On the nose, white peach, citrus blossom, and a mineral hint reminiscent of chalk and wet pebbles. On the palate, it is dense, with aromas of hazelnut and green apple, long, fresh finish.

Best served at 12–13 °C — with scallops with butter sauce, turbot, or a ripe Époisses. It also does its job pure, as an aperitif with a good piece of baguette.
