Pleno Tempranillo

Pleno Tempranillo
An uncomplicated Tempranillo from Navarra that shows what the grape variety can do in its most accessible form: fresh red fruit, low tannin, direct drinking pleasure.
Bodegas Agronavarra is one of the larger cooperative wineries in Navarra — a region that long stood in the shadow of Rioja, but is now known for reliable, affordable everyday wines. Tempranillo is at home here: the continental soils with cool nights ensure natural freshness.
In the glass, deep cherry red. On the nose, strawberry and sour cherry, plus a hint of dried herbs. On the palate, light-bodied, low tannin, moderate acidity — a wine that doesn't make you ponder for long.
Drinking recommendation: Serve slightly chilled (16–17 °C). Pairs well with chorizo, grilled lamb chops, tomato pasta, or a hearty lentil stew.

Bodegas Agronavarra – Príncipe de Viana represents what makes Navarra in northern Spain so special: a landscape that produces wines with real character.
Here, they work closely with nature – not against it. As a certified sustainable winery, they listen to their vines and craft wines that reflect their origin: fruity Garnacha Rosados, elegant Tempranillos, and even an almost forgotten grape variety, Oneca , which they saved from extinction. Now that's what you call a true pioneering spirit.
