Pipers River Pinot Noir

The 2022 vintage opens with aromas of blue fruits, dark cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of rhubarb, underpinned by notes of rose petals and freshly ground pepper. Subtle hints of baked blueberry pie and jasmine lend the bouquet additional depth and warmth. On the palate, the wine is fresh, supple, and structured – with juicy red fruit, elegant acidity, and silky tannins. The long, spicy-fruity finish is reminiscent of gingerbread, dark berries, and subtle floral nuances.
