Mini grissini with Taggiasca olives – crispy breadsticks from the Ligurian baking tradition, perfect as an uncomplicated accompaniment to any wine tasting. Taggiasca olives are considered one of the mildest and fruitiest olive varieties in Italy, with low bitterness and a delicate, nutty aroma – making them the ideal ingredient for a pastry that complements rather than overpowers the other flavors.

These small grissini impress with their crispy texture and subtle olive aroma. Serving temperature: room temperature. They look great on an antipasto platter alongside prosciutto, Parmigiano, or pickled vegetables. Served as an aperitif, they pair particularly well with a dry Prosecco, a light Vermentino from Liguria, or a Fino sherry.
