OLIVE - Cocktail olives with garlic and chili

Green and black olives, marinated with whole garlic cloves and red chili pieces — a classic Italian antipasti combination that belongs on the table for aperitivo.

The fleshy green olives bring fruitiness and a crisp texture, while the smaller black olives add a slightly bitter depth. Garlic and chili provide spice and warmth in the finish—not a sweet, sweet pickling oil, but a direct, characterful profile.

Enjoy it on its own as a snack with an aperitivo, on an antipasti board alongside salami and pecorino, or with a glass of dry Vermentino from Sardinia or a light rosé from Tuscany. Serve chilled.
