Mildly fruity olive oil from Catalonia, made from 100% Arbequina olives, harvested at the end of November/beginning of December. The perfect harmony of this olive oil from the Priorat mountains has won us over. We can smell and taste vegetables, tomato, and artichoke, along with a delicate almond note, in this lightly fruity, wonderfully harmonious olive oil from northern Spain.
