Olio Piccante

Not hot, but pleasantly spicy. Fresh chili peppers are pressed together with the olives, infusing their aroma directly into the oil. A dash of this flavorful extra virgin olive oil livens up pasta, pizza, grilled meats, and risotto. Also excellent in marinades. (New design Spring 2026: Due to the design change, the image and the delivered product may temporarily differ.) The infusion with fresh herbs and aromatic spices results in delicately fragrant oils based on Terre dell'Abbazia olive oil. The ingredients are sourced from the region and can therefore be processed directly. Spicy oil for seasoning vegetables, cooked meats, and fish, or for flavoring dressings and sauces.
