It is suitable for both cold and warm cuisine. This extra virgin olive oil comes from the groves of the former Benedictine monastery San Giovanni in Venere on the Adriatic coast. Autochthonous varieties of the region such as Gentile di Chieti and Nebbio shape its medium-fruity aroma with notes of sweet almond and green salad.
