Olio extra virgin Terre dell'Abbazia

This medium-fruity oil, made from Gentile di Chieti, Peranzana, Dritta, and Leccino grapes, is pressed between mid-October and the end of November. Good reasons: Field Blend from a monastery garden. Harmonious. Ideal everyday oil. This oil comes from the groves of the former Benedictine monastery of San Giovanni in Venere on the Adriatic coast. Indigenous varieties of the region characterize its aroma with notes of green grass, ripe almond, and green apple. On the palate, it has a pleasantly smooth, yet not heavy, finish. It is suitable for both cold and hot dishes. This extra virgin olive oil comes from the groves of the former Benedictine monastery of San Giovanni in Venere on the Adriatic coast. Indigenous varieties of the region, such as Gentile di Chieti and Nebbio, characterize its medium-fruity aroma with notes of sweet almond and green salad. On the nose, there are scents of banana, vanilla, and fennel. A very good everyday oil! The label is adorned with portraits of some of the region's olive growers, who have often been delivering their freshly harvested olives to the Ursini family for decades. Within just a few hours, the olives are processed in the modern oil mill, designed according to the precise specifications of master olive oil producer Giuseppe Ursini. Terre dell'Abbazia is the Ursini oil for everyday use.
