Olio extra virgin Frescolio 750ml

Frantoi Cutrera's Frescolio is the first oil of the season – unfiltered, freshly bottled, single-varietal from the Sicilian varieties Moresca and Biancolilla from Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa.

Frantoi Cutrera is one of Sicily's most renowned olive oil mills. Frescolio follows a strict schedule: harvesting, pressing, and bottling all take place within a single day – ensuring maximum freshness and polyphenol content.

Intense green in the glass. On the nose, green wild herbs and artichoke; on the palate , clear bitterness and pronounced spiciness – both signs of high polyphenol content.

Best enjoyed on toasted white bread with the included oregano salt – a sachet is attached to each bottle. Also delicious with citrus salads or over grilled fish. Not for frying.
