A white wine from the southern Rhône Valley that showcases the capabilities of the Costières de Nîmes: freshness despite the Mediterranean warmth, structure without heaviness. Grenache Blanc forms the basis of this cuvée — a grape variety that unfolds its mineral character on the gravelly, galette-rich soils of the appellation.

Michel Gassier cultivates his vineyards organically and sees himself as a guardian of the terroir: in the cellar, only the most necessary interventions are made so that each vineyard site can retain its own unique character. The Cuvée Nostre Pais—named after the defining elements of the region around Nîmes—embodies this philosophy in the glass. Aromas of citrus peel, white peach, and flint, with a floral note in the background. The palate is fresh and vibrant, the finish mineral with a soft texture.

Best served at 10–12 °C . Pairs well with grilled sea bass with herbs de Provence, goat cheese or bouillabaisse — classic southern French cuisine that showcases the wine at its best.
