Joaquin is a small winery in Campania that focuses on indigenous grape varieties of the region—Falanghina being a core component of its portfolio. The grapes grow in one of Italy's oldest wine-growing regions, characterized by volcanic soils and the influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

In the glass, the wine shines a clear straw yellow. The nose opens with lychee, chamomile, and a hint of dried grass—floral notes typical of Falanghina. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and rounded, with a lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh without making it harsh. The finish is delicate and clean.

Best served at 8–10 °C — as an accompaniment to seafood, grilled fish, or light pasta dishes with lemon and herbs. It also makes a great aperitif on the terrace.
