Jermann Pinot Bianco

Jermann Pinot Bianco
A Pinot Blanc from Friuli that shows what this grape variety can achieve in the cool locations of the northeast: clear fruit, structure and a long finish.
Jermann is one of the most renowned wineries in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, nestled in the Collio hills near the Slovenian border. Since the 1970s, Silvio Jermann has developed the estate into a benchmark for aromatically precise white wines. The Pinot Bianco is among the estate's classic wines.
Straw yellow in the glass with slight green reflections. The nose reveals white melon, pear, and a hint of almond. On the palate, a fresh acidity, medium body, and creamy texture—typical of a well-vinified Pinot Blanc from a cooler climate. The finish is dry and lingering, with a subtle mineral note.
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Pairs well with grilled fish, risotto with zucchini and lemon, or young goat cheese. Drink by 2027.
