Jean Leon Cabernet Sauv. Reserve Miguel Torres

A classic Reserva from the Penedès — structured, with the depth that Cabernet Sauvignon develops on calcareous soil if you give it time.

Jean Leon is one of the oldest private wineries in the Penedès, southwest of Barcelona. The founder, Jean Leon, was one of the first in the region to plant Cabernet Sauvignon in 1963 — long before it was common in Catalonia. Today, the estate belongs to the Torres Group, which continues the pioneer's legacy and consistently manages the sites according to international quality standards.

In the glass, the Reserva shows dark ruby red with a violet rim. On the nose, blackberry, black currant, and a hint of cedar wood from the barrique aging. On the palate, medium to full body, well-integrated tannins, notes of dark plum and tobacco, long spicy finish.
