Jasmine scented rice Triple A Quality

Jasmine rice in the Triple A quality grade means: exclusively whole grains, no breakage, uniform length — the highest sorting grade for purity and grain quality. Viani, the Hamburg-based gourmet importer with a focus on Mediterranean and Asian specialties, sources it as a carefully selected whole-grain selection.

In the pot, it unfolds its typical jasmine scent — floral, slightly sweet, without an artificial note. Boil for 4 minutes, then let it simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes: the grain remains loose on the inside, sticks delicately on the outside — ideal for absorbing sauces without becoming sticky.

Pairs with Thai curry, fried tofu with ginger-soy sauce, or steamed fish with lemongrass. Serve with a dry Grüner Veltliner or an Alsatian Pinot Gris.
