Heitlinger Auxerrois dry

With the arrival of Heinz Heiler, the dedicated investor, this not inconsiderable estate (40 hectares) in the Kraichgau region experienced a revival. Not only the award-winning redesign of the bottles, but also their contents, clearly convey the estate's ambition for a leading position in this still underestimated region. The latest additions to this development are the two cuvées "Black Tie" and "White Tie." The experienced Claus Burmeister from Burg Ravensburg ensures continuity as estate manager. We eagerly anticipate the future. The white Heitlinger varietal wines shine as impeccable companions to a fine meal. H for Dedication. Winemaker Claus Burmeister's ambition for these wines can be simply stated: to create fruity white wines, each with its own unique character, that pair perfectly with the right dish. Soft and full-bodied, this ripe, mild Auxerrois from Heitlinger carries the aromas of pear and red apple.

Heitlinger

The Heitlinger winery in Östringen-Tiefenbach in the Kraichgau region is one of the leading names in German winemaking. Founded in 1960 by Albert Heitlinger, it is now an estate with over 110 hectares of vineyards – together with its sister winery, Burg Ravensburg, one of Germany's largest organic wine producers. Managing Director Claus Burmeister sums it up perfectly: wine should carry the true magic of a place to the nose and palate. Consistently biodynamic, Demeter-certified since 2023, and a member of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates) since 2012 – Heitlinger lives up to this commitment with every vintage. The limestone-dominated Kraichgau landscape, with its Burgundian Pinot Noir vineyards, provides the perfect setting for wines that combine depth, origin, and meticulous craftsmanship.
