Grissini Rubatà all olive Taggiasche

Grissini Rubatà are Piedmont's answer to the classic bread basket: longer, thinner, and crispier than their Tuscan counterparts. This variety contains Taggiasca olives from Liguria—one of Italy's mildest and most aromatic varieties—bringing a subtle fruitiness and delicate olive oil flavor to every bite. Length approx. 27 cm.

Enjoy them on their own as a snack, wrapped in wafer-thin Parma ham or bresaola, or use them to soak up dips and antipasti. They pair particularly well with a glass of Vermentino di Sardegna, a Ligurian Pigato, or a light Rosato—anywhere Mediterranean flavors come together.
