Pinot Gris "Hand in Hand" Magnum
A Pinot Gris that demands no attention – and yet receives it. Clear, lively, with a subtle depth that only truly reveals itself on the second sip.
The label is based on the idea of bringing handcrafted wine directly to the drinker. The Pinot Gris "Hand in Hand" comes in a magnum – ideal when more than two glasses are needed on the table, and good for the wine's development in the glass.
On the nose, it reveals cool herbal spice, dry pastry, and a hint of hay, along with bright blossoms and freshly dried green apple peel. On the palate, it offers a finely structured body with a clear profile: invigorating apple peel fruit, a touch of minerality, and fresh herbs. Lively, with drive, but without being overpowering. The finish is long, delicately salty, with apple peel lingering – complex without seeming contrived.
- Temperature: 10–12 °C
- Pairs well with: Pike-perch fillet with caper butter, goat cheese tart, asparagus with hollandaise sauce or a summery herb risotto.
- Occasion: Large format for the table – dinner with four to six people, where the bottle should ideally remain in the middle.
