Girlan Flora Chardonnay

This wine displays seductive aromas of ripe fruits such as juicy peaches, sweet apples, and subtle citrus notes. A delicate hint of vanilla and a subtle touch of oak add further complexity and refinement to the bouquet. On the palate, the Girlan Flora Chardonnay is smooth and balanced. It impresses with a perfect harmony between fruity nuances and refreshing acidity. The subtle flavor profiles of peaches and apples are accompanied by a discreet oak note, which lends the wine remarkable depth. The Girlan Flora Chardonnay is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, poultry, and creamy pasta dishes. It is also an excellent choice for special occasions and moments of pure enjoyment. Girlan Winery

What began with 23 courageous winegrowers in a historic 16th-century farmhouse is today one of South Tyrol's most prestigious wineries. Two hundred winegrowing families passionately cultivate 230 hectares of prime vineyards between the Überetsch and Unterland regions – on mineral-rich moraine soils at altitudes of 400 to 550 meters. Cellar master Gerhard Kofler maintains close contact with each winegrower, the foundation for uncompromising quality. As early as 1950, they pioneered the introduction of quality-based payment – revolutionary at the time! Behind these time-honored walls lies state-of-the-art cellar technology. From elegant white wines to powerful reds, South Tyrolean wines are produced here, ranking among the best of their kind internationally.
