Bouvet Crémant de Loire Rosé Excellence Brut – Bouvet Ladubay (France, Loire)
The house from the Saumur region bases this sparkling wine on Cabernet Franc, which explains the subtle tannin structure. On the nose, redcurrant, vineyard peach and a hint of quince; on the palate, blackcurrant is added. The perlage is fine and creamy, the finish dry and balanced.
Tablette noir au poivre rose – Viani (France)
Dark chocolate with strong cocoa bitterness and pink pepper, which leaves a resinous, fruity and slightly spicy aftertaste. Without artificial flavourings, the aroma-sealed packaging keeps the bar fresh. The essential oils of the pepper unfold best at 16 to 18 °C.
