Gemma Rubia Lambrusco dell Emilia IGP secco - dry

Gemma Rubia is a quality Lambrusco with a controlled designation of origin from a small growing region in the Emilia province. Lambrusco is also available without a designation of origin and with added carbon dioxide, making it a popular house wine. Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, however, owes its carbonation to natural fermentation. It has a dark purple color, medium acidity, moderate sweetness, and deep aromas of cherry, raspberry, and mint. It pairs wonderfully with Thai garlic beef or beautifully with pasta and arrabbiata sauce.
