Galliano Vanilla Liqueur

Galliano Vanilla is a special herbal liqueur made from 30 hand-picked herbs from the Italian region of Tuscany, near Livorno. The vanilla, which gives the liqueur its name, is its most prominent feature and is combined with herbs, berries, roots, and a few alpine plants to create the unique flavor of Galliano Vanilla. The liqueur's vibrant yellow hue comes from the added coloring, and the taste is dominated by intense vanilla and select herbs, resulting in a harmonious and full-bodied flavor. Galliano Vanilla is often used by bartenders in cocktails, including the Hot Shot with cream, espresso, and Galliano, as well as the famous Harvey Wallbanger.
