Galeria Rosé Vino Frizzante
A light Frizzante for the moment that requires no great preparation: delicate effervescence, light salmon pink, red berry scent.
Masottina is a family-run winery from the Veneto region, based in Conegliano – the heart of the Prosecco growing area. For decades, the winery has used the Charmat method : hand-harvesting, short maceration for the characteristic salmon color, base wine fermented in stainless steel tanks, and secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks. The result is a fresh, easy-drinking Frizzante with low pressure and a soft effervescence.
The nose reveals red berries – strawberry, a touch of raspberry – along with a slightly floral note. On the palate, it is light and soft, with a delicate fruity tingle without any harshness, and a short, clean, fruity finish.
Best served well chilled at 6–8 °C . It goes well as a simple aperitif, with melon and prosciutto, light summer salads or fresh strawberries.
Masottina is one of the finest wineries in the heart of Prosecco country – nestled in the gently rolling hills of the Trevigiani, where Veneto unfolds its full charm. The Dal Bianco family cultivates their vineyards with genuine passion and a keen eye for what the landscape offers: fresh, vibrant sparkling wines with aromas of pear, white blossoms, and a hint of almond.
No spectacle, no noise – just honest Prosecco that shows why this region inspires so many people worldwide. Try it as an aperitivo or simply on its own. You'll understand what it's all about.
