Galeria Frizzante Bianco Secco
A Frizzante Bianco Secco from Masottina in Veneto — lightly sparkling, dry, and easy to drink. The grapes are hand-harvested, briefly macerated, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method in a pressure tank, which gives the wine its fine, fresh perlage.
In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow hue with delicate reflections. Fresh citrus fruit, a hint of green apple, and subtle floral notes. The finish is dry and invigorating—ideal as an aperitif or with light appetizers, bruschetta, seafood, or mild goat cheese. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
