Behind the product is the Rheinhessen winery Dr. Hinkel, which approaches its non-alcoholic wines with the same high standards as its classic wines. The base is a cuvée of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and verjus —the juice of unripe grapes, which has provided acidity and freshness in cooking for centuries.

A lively effervescence is visible in the glass. The nose offers green apple, citrus zest, and a hint of white currant. On the palate, the verjus presents a natural, non-sweet acidity that conveys a sense of lightness and freshness. The finish is short and clean.
