Don Papa Single Island

AGED IN EX-BOURBON AMERICAN OAK. 40% ABV. Deep in the lush lands of Sugarlandia, the noble cane grows from the volcanic soils of Mount Kanlaon. From this fine sugarcane, we produce our rich "Black Gold" molasses. After distillation, our flagship rum is aged in American ex-bourbon oak barrels, which impart an oversized vanilla aroma. Our barrels mature in a climate so unique that it infuses flavor into the rum. It is then blended by our master blender with spring water from Mount Kanlaon to 40% ABV. Drink it straight away to taste bold notes of vanilla, honey, and candied fruit, balanced by a subtle hint of citrus. This medium-bodied rum goes down smoothly—and quickly.
