On the palate, its richness and freshness are its main strengths. This wine is made from the Melone B grape variety, harvested from old vines (over 40 years old) and grown in gabbro soil. Green harvesting, combined with extended lees aging of 24 to 30 months, allows the aromas to concentrate, resulting in a wine with a richness and breadth worthy of the greatest white wines. This wine reaches its peak after 4-5 years.
