Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Bourgogne Pinot Noir
A Burgundy introduction that shows what Pinot Noir can achieve at a regional level: fruity and spicy depth, velvety tannins and the characteristic elegance of the Côte de Nuits.
Domaine des Perdrix is located in Prémeaux-Prissey, at the southern tip of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The estate cultivates vineyards ranging from Burgundy level to Premier and Grand Cru – this Pinot Noir forms the accessible entry point to their range, vinified with the same care as their more prestigious cuvées.
In the glass, a brilliant ruby red with violet reflections. On the nose, blackberry, black cherry, and a distinct peppery note – rich for a regional Burgundy. On the palate, round and full-bodied: the black fruit carries the wine, silky tannins provide smooth structure, and the finish is long and spicy.
Serving temperature 16–17 °C. Ready to drink now, keep until 2027. Pairs well with Coq au vin, grilled duck breast, mushroom risotto or a mature Époisses.
