Domaine Bousquet Malbec Reserve

The Domaine Bousquet Malbec Réserve is no ordinary Malbec—it is the result of an exceptional location, consistent work, and a conviction that you can taste in every glass. Anyone looking for top-quality Argentinian red wine without compromise will find exactly what they're looking for here.

The grapes grow in the estate's own vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallay — at an altitude of around 1,200 meters at the foot of the Andes. The cool nights at this altitude ensure slow ripening, pronounced aromatics, and natural freshness. After harvesting, the wine matures for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels , which gives it structure and fine depth without masking the fruit.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby red. The nose opens with aromas of strawberry, floral, and spicy notes . On the palate, it is juicy and full-bodied, with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish. It has received multiple scores of 90–92 points from Tim Atkin, James Suckling, Decanter, and Wine Spectator.
