Cuvée No.104 brut nature quality sparkling wine from the Palatinate 0.75L

An uncompromisingly dry Riesling sparkling wine from the Palatinate that dispenses with any residual sugar and instead scores with clear structure and precision of origin. Brut Nature means zero grams of dosage — what remains in the glass is pure terroir.

Behind the Cuvée No.104 is the Weingut A. Christmann, one of the most renowned houses in the Palatinate, known for biodynamically cultivated sites on limestone and variegated sandstone soils. The Riesling draws its mineral tension from these soil structures — a foundation that is predestined for sparkling wine with substance.

In the glass, it shows a fine, persistent perlage. The aromas move between citrus zest, green apple, and a hint of white peach, underpinned by a subtle chalky mineral note. The finish is dry, taut, and long — without any softening by dosage.

Served cold at 7–9 °C as an aperitif or with oysters, scallops, and light fish. For those who like it heartier: tarte flambée with crème fraîche or a piece of ripe goat cheese pair just as well.
