Cordillera Sauvignon Blanc Elqui Valley
Miguel Torres Chile 's Cordillera Sauvignon Blanc comes from the spectacular Elqui Valley – Chile's northernmost wine region, situated on the edge of the Atacama Desert at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. Rocky soils, extreme day-night temperature fluctuations, and intense Andean sun characterize this unique terroir wine.
In the glass, it shines a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is expressive and complex: passion fruit, gooseberry, and ripe citrus meet delicate herbal spice and a lively, almost exotic depth. On the palate, it unfolds freshly and precisely – with racy acidity, clear minerality, and a long, aromatic finish that lingers.
100% Sauvignon Blanc , aged in stainless steel tanks, with 13.0% alcohol by volume. Ideal served at 7–9°C with ceviche, seafood, grilled fish, or fresh goat cheese. A white wine with character – clear, vibrant, and unmistakably Chilean.
