Los Inquietos Blend Torres

A Spanish red wine that lives up to its name: Los Inquietos — the Restless Ones — shows the character of a cuvée that never stands still.

Behind the label is Torres , one of Spain's most renowned wineries, located in Penedès, Catalonia. Family-owned since 1870 and now in its fifth generation, Torres operates at the intersection of tradition and research—with its own grape variety projects and a clear focus on sustainable practices. Los Inquietos is a blend of classic Spanish and international grape varieties, typical of the Torres approach: internationally appealing, yet deeply rooted in the Mediterranean.

In the glass, the wine displays a deep ruby ​​red color. The nose offers aromas of dark blackberry, ripe plum, and a hint of clove. On the palate, soft, well-integrated tannins, medium body, a subtle hint of oak spice in the background, and a pleasantly fruity finish with a touch of length.

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C . Pairs well with lamb chops with rosemary, chorizo ​​stew, or a robust Manchego cheese. Also a great, uncomplicated accompaniment to an evening of tapas. Ready to drink now; no need for long cellaring.
