Los Inquietos Blend Torres

A Spanish red wine that takes its name seriously: Los Inquietos — the restless ones — shows the character of a cuvée that does not stand still.

Behind the label is Torres, one of Spain's best-known wineries based in Penedès, Catalonia. In family hands since 1870, today managed in the fifth generation, Torres works at the intersection of tradition and research — with its own grape variety projects. Los Inquietos is a blend of classic Spanish and international grape varieties, typical of the Torres approach: internationally readable, Mediterranean-rooted.

In the glass, the wine shows deep ruby red. On the nose, dark blackberry, ripe plum, and a hint of clove. On the palate, soft, well-integrated tannins, medium body, a subtle wood spice in the background, and a pleasantly fruity finish with slight length.

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C. Pairs with lamb chops with rosemary, chorizo stew, or a strong Manchego. Also well-positioned as an uncomplicated companion to an evening with tapas. Ready to drink now, no long cellar time necessary.
