On the nose, linden blossom, ripe pear, and a hint of white peach, underscored by a subtle yeast note that points to the classic bottle fermentation. On the palate, fresh and lively, with a clear acidity structure that keeps the wine lean and elegant. The finish is dry, with a mineral aftertaste.
