Chavin Zero Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

Chavin Zero Sparkling Blanc de Blanc
A sparkling Blanc de Blanc without alcohol — for all moments when style counts, but alcohol is avoided.
Chavin from the Languedoc region is one of the pioneers of dealcoholized wine production in France. The Zero line is created from classically vinified wines from which the alcohol is gently removed via vacuum distillation — thus largely preserving the aromas and structure.
In the glass, the Blanc de Blanc displays a fine perlage and a light, straw-yellow color. The nose offers fresh citrus notes, green apple, and a hint of white blossom. On the palate, it is light, with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish.
