Champagne Irroy Brut Rosé

Champagne Irroy is one of the oldest houses in Reims – founded in 1820, now part of the Taittinger Group, but with its own style and cellar. The Brut Rosé demonstrates what Champagne can achieve with rosé sparkling wine: intense raspberry and cherry fruit, a hint of strawberry jam, and a delicate brioche note from lees aging.

In the glass, it shines a rich salmon pink with lively bubbles. On the palate, it is round and approachable, with enough freshness to avoid feeling heavy. The finish is dry, with a subtle grapefruit bitterness.

Perfect as an aperitif, with salmon tartare, strawberry desserts, or light appetizers. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.

Champagne Irroy

It is the rebirth of a brand founded in 1820. Owned by Champagne Taittinger since the 1950s, the House of Irroy is now experiencing a revival.

Two young men run the business: Maxime Andriveau and cellar master Alexandre Ponnavoy. Their mission is to produce vibrant, fruity champagnes with low dosage.

The Cuvée Extra Brut is aromatic and crisp – perfect as an aperitif. A piece of living Champagne tradition.
