Champagne Irroy –
Rebirth of a Reims Legend

Founded in 1820, Champagne Irroy is one of the oldest houses in the region. Owned by Champagne Taittinger since the 1950s, the brand lay dormant for many years – until two young men breathed new life into it: Maxime Andriveau and cellar master Alexandre Ponnavoy.

Their approach is clear: no heavy, buttery cuvées, but vibrant champagnes with low dosage that highlight the fruit of the grapes. The Extra Brut cuvée exemplifies this – aromatic, crisp, with a freshness that makes it the ideal aperitif without seeming generic.

Irroy represents what good champagne can achieve when craftsmanship and clear style come together: precision in the glass, origin in the finish.
