Champagne Irroy was founded in 1820 and has been part of the Taittinger house since the 1950s — but only today is the brand experiencing its true revival. Two young men are behind this new beginning: Maxime Andriveau is taking over management, and Alexandre Ponnavoy is responsible for the cellar. Together, they are defining what Irroy should be: not a museum heritage, but a living project with a clear signature.
Their style focuses on low dosage and emphasizes the natural fruit of the grapes. The Cuvée Extra Brut shows where the journey is headed: aromatic and crisp, with a freshness that makes it the ideal aperitif — without heaviness, without compromises.
