Black Stallion Transcendent

A Californian Cabernet Sauvignon with the weight and structure that Napa Valley is known for – approachable, but with real backbone.

Black Stallion is part of Delicato Family Wines, one of California's largest family-owned wineries with roots in the Central Valley winemaking tradition dating back to 1924. The winery in Oakville, Napa Valley, lies in the heart of the valley—between Rutherford to the north and Mt. Veeder to the west—on alluvial soils ideally suited for full-bodied, structured red wines. In the Black Stallion hierarchy, "Transcendent" represents the estate's reserve-style top-tier wines.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby ​​red color. The nose offers aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, complemented by vanilla and cedar from the barrel aging. On the palate, it has a rounded entry, soft, velvety tannins, subtle toasty notes in the mid-palate, and a long, slightly spicy finish with a hint of cocoa.
