Bellavista Rosé Brut DOCG Franciacorta 0.75L

Franciacorta is Italy's answer to Champagne — and Bellavista is one of the houses that has shaped this reputation for decades. The Rosé Brut from the Bellavista house shows what the DOCG region on Lake Iseo can do: sparkling wine with substance, structure, and a clear origin profile.

The base is Chardonnay, supplemented by red grape varieties that give the wine its delicate salmon color and fruity character. On the nose, a play of raspberry, blood orange, and white cherry opens up, underpinned by a hint of brioche — a sign of the lees aging according to the traditional Méthode Classica, which is mandatory for Franciacorta DOCG. In the mouth, a lively perlage, medium body, and a fresh acidity structure appear, which makes the finish clean and long.

Served well-chilled at 7–9 °C, this Rosé Brut accompanies salmon carpaccio, grilled shrimp with lemon oil, or a light risotto. It also cuts a fine figure as an aperitif with an appetizer — without appearing arbitrary.
