In 1996, Dr. Matthias Corvers and his wife Brigitte Corvers-Kauter merged their two wineries in Rüdesheim and Oestrich-Winkel. Since then, attention to their outstanding Rheingau wines has increased enormously. Following organic guidelines (Bioland-certified), Dr. Matthias Corvers and his son Philipp produce expressive and age-worthy Rieslings and Pinot Noirs. The winery is also a proud member of the Slow Food Germany network.
