Disznókő – “Wild Boar Stone” – a name for exceptional Tokaji wines since 1413. The large volcanic rock in the heart of the vineyards still shapes the character today. Since 1992, the estate has experienced a renaissance under AXA Millésimes. 110 contiguous hectares, once owned by nobility, today one of the few Tokaji wineries with a closed terroir. Volcanic soils made of rhyolite and tuff give the wines unmistakable complexity. Here, Furmint matures into luscious masterpieces – botrytis, fruity purity, lively freshness. “The wine of kings” – this title is filled with life here every day.
